How to request account deletion
Follow one of the two options below.
Option A — In the DOLVO mobile app
- Open the DOLVO app on your device.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Personal Information.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action when prompted. If asked, complete any final verification step shown in the app.
Option B — By email
If you prefer not to use the app, or cannot access it, send a deletion request to:
Please include all of the following so we can verify and process your request:
- The email address registered to your DOLVO account.
- Your full name as it appears on the account.
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
How long it takes
We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 calendar days of verifying your identity. Complex requests or legal holds may take longer; we will inform you if that applies.
What happens to your data
After your account is deleted or after we fulfil an email deletion request, the following reflects our typical practice and aligns with our Privacy Policy (retention section).
